1. The service
Mangrove offers digital insurance products: pet, term life, health assistance and dental. Quotes are generated automatically from your answers; submitting false information may void coverage.
2. Policies and billing
Policies renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off. You may choose monthly or annual billing through Stripe. Premium changes from coverage adjustments apply from your next billing cycle.
3. Claims
Claims must be submitted through your portal with supporting documents. Claims under $500 may be approved automatically; all others are reviewed by our team. Fraudulent claims terminate coverage immediately.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel any policy from your portal at any time. Coverage continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
5. Giveback
A share of unclaimed premiums is donated annually to the cause you selected. The giveback is discretionary and not a contractual benefit.
6. Limitation of liability
Mangrove Insurance LLC acts as a licensed insurance agency and intermediary. We do not underwrite or issue insurance policies directly. Coverage terms, conditions, and exclusions are determined by the issuing carrier. Mangrove Insurance LLC is not responsible for claim decisions made by carriers.
