We collect the information you provide during the quote flow (age, ZIP code, health answers, pet details), account data (name, email), payment metadata processed by Stripe, and claim documents you upload. We never sell your personal information.
2. How we use it
Your answers feed our pricing engine to calculate your premium, issue your policy, process claims, and send you transactional emails in your preferred language. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our rate tables.
3. Payment data
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. Mangrove never sees or stores your full card number.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@mangroveins.com. Cancelling your policy does not delete claim records we must retain for audit purposes.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and language preference, plus a referral cookie if you arrive through a friend's link. No third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
